Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic planning, execution, and oversight of network and application changes for deployment into NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments.
•Provide high-level planning, design, engineering, integration, and operational support to NETCOM Change Control Boards (CCB).
•Lead and mentor IT Change Management resources and collaborate with change managers and leaders across NETCOM and the U.S. Army.
•Drive enterprise Change Management initiatives, including ITIL process maturation and solution design across IT service management platforms.
•Identify, control, record, audit, and verify configuration items (versions, baselines, components, attributes, and relationships) and ensure governance and compliance at scale.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related experience in change and configuration management.
•Experience leading enterprise change management activities and supporting Change Control Boards for network/application changes.
•Strong knowledge of ITIL change management processes and enterprise change management procedures.
•Technical training, certification(s), or degree, plus Security+ or DoD 8570 equivalent.
•Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance; Security clearance level: Secret. Role is onsite at Fort Huachuca.
