Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, owning plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, governance, RAID management, and executive reporting.
  • •Drive business analysis including requirements engineering, process mapping, prioritisation, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
  • •Coordinate delivery across Visa, clients, processors, suppliers, and technology partners, contributing to solution design and API-based implementation planning.
  • •Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor, managing stakeholder expectations, governance forums, risks, issues, escalations, and supplier performance.
  • •Analyse business, operational, and technical challenges to produce actionable recommendations, implementation plans, presentations, and executive recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in technical project management, consulting, or digital product management in payments, financial services, or technology.
  • •Experience delivering software implementation projects, including API-based integrations and solution architecture concepts.
  • •Background in business analysis with requirements engineering and solution design.
  • •Ability to manage third-party suppliers effectively and coordinate dependencies across multiple delivery partners.
  • •Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).
