Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a team for high-risk regulatory case management and compliance activities.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day program administration, owning case management systems, TPA portals, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and appropriate access controls.
  • •Oversee positive test and follow-up processes, including refusals, return-to-duty determinations, and compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 and 14 CFR Part 120.
  • •Ensure case documentation and regulatory determinations are accurate, timely, complete, and audit ready; escalate novel or high-exposure matters to Legal and Labor Relations.
  • •Monitor KPIs and compliance reporting, coordinate audit activities, and lead approved process improvements, technology enhancements, and regulatory change implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •4 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or risk-based role.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing DOT or FAA regulated programs, preferably involving drug and alcohol testing or safety-sensitive functions.
  • •Knowledge of DOT and FAA drug and alcohol regulations, including 49 CFR Part 40 and 14 CFR Part 120.
