Job Summary

Own end-to-end CRM campaign management for vendor communications, designing B2B lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Build automated multichannel messaging (email, push, in-app, SMS) tailored to vendor behavior and lifecycle stage. Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Account Management teams to align campaigns to business priorities, then measure and optimize performance using segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to drive engagement and revenue impact.
