Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for legal, regulatory, compliance, trade compliance, legal operations, and federal proposal/capture candidates.
  • •Source and engage passive legal talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, SOBO campaigns, professional associations, and industry events.
  • •Partner with Legal leadership to define role requirements and craft compelling value propositions tailored to legal talent.
  • •Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • •Represent Anduril’s recruiting team internally and externally while leveraging internal resources and market insights to sell the company’s value proposition to top legal talent.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on legal and regulatory roles (e.g., corporate counsel, trade compliance ITAR/EAR, commercial real estate, cybersecurity law, and Gov/defense contract management).
  • •Experience running competency assessments to evaluate legal capabilities (contract drafting, regulatory risk mitigation, intellectual property, and GovCon procurement regulations) against technical and cultural requirements.
  • •Track record managing strategic stakeholder relationships (especially general counsel and proposal/capture teams) to drive recruiting based on business needs, profile calibration, and pipeline reporting.
  • •Consultative recruiting experience informed by market conditions and talent availability that improves outcomes and candidate experience in the defense-legal space.
  • •Clear, effective communication with legal candidates to understand motivations, drivers, and cultural fit in a fast-paced environment, and ability to manage funnels in an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
