Key Responsibilities

•Increase store sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora's selling techniques and working with key indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
•Create connections with customers and the brand by delivering an unforgettable service tailored to each profile and story
•Develop and share expertise in Pandora jewelry to boost sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
•Foster customer loyalty by promoting the loyalty program, presenting new products, and highlighting upcoming launches
•Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading, and tidying back-office and shop floor

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,562.6 monthly

Key Requirements

•Retail sales experience is a plus; experience in a retail environment preferred
