Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an analog IC design team with ownership from definition through release to manufacturing.
  • •Direct and participate in analog IC design activities, including designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating integrated circuits.
  • •Provide design guidance, develop project schedules, and monitor progress across team members.
  • •Evaluate intermediate and final project results during design and silicon evaluation to meet technical objectives.
  • •Collaborate with physical designers and design verification teams to ensure IC layout progress and pre-PG completion, then coordinate transfer to production with validation and test teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •More than 7 years of analog design experience.
  • •Experience leading full projects (chip lead) or as an analog design lead.
  • •Strong understanding of signal processing and analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and low-power circuits.
  • •Deep expertise in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, including transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization.
