Job Summary

Act as a brand ambassador who delivers an exceptional in-store client experience while maximizing sales performance. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using CRM and digital tools, and actively drive cross-selling to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Stay current on fashion trends and competitors, demonstrate strong brand/product knowledge, support complaint resolution with the line manager, and maintain shop-floor and visual display standards with security awareness to prevent product theft.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience at all times.
•Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
•Drive cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
•Stay up to date on fashion trends and competitors, and demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
•Ensure high standards for shop floor, visual display, and stock procedures while remaining attentive to prevent product thefts.

Key Requirements

•Passion for human relations and sales, with an ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good communication in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
•Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
•Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, demonstrating product category passion and knowledge.
•Proven brand and product knowledge and the ability to handle customer complaints by coordinating with the line manager when needed.
