Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to cyber attacks in real time by addressing crucial network and threat-related incidents.
  • •Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks.
  • •Perform advanced packet analysis to identify attacks and threats to the network.
  • •Manage and document technical issues, responses, and requests to keep information recorded and updated.
  • •Provide customer support to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues, including communicating challenges and results from mitigation and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a High School or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of how the internet works, including DNS, HTTP, and the suite of IP protocols.
  • •Show excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to update internal documentation.
  • •Have a passion for learning new tools and technologies, and be able to problem-solve.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and how it relates to internet services compromise or attacks.
