Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and provide technical support for all phases of plant operation.
  • •Use and maintain proficiency with electrical controls, mechanical systems, fluid power, and manufacturing process knowledge.
  • •Perform safety-focused electrical maintenance, including electrical safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • •Operate and troubleshoot PLC systems and associated control, data collection instrumentation, and transducers.
  • •Collaborate with team members and interact effectively with management and operations across skill and task areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Training beyond high school, preferably an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or a closely related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Proficiency with Windows-based software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong document organization; proficient or willing to become proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • •Technical certifications in any field or techniques are a plus.
  • •Demonstrated skills in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, electrical safety and lockout/tagout, PLC systems, and maintenance/troubleshooting of related mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
