•Drive technology transfer, manufacturing readiness, quality improvement, and yield optimization for advanced packaging programs.
•Develop roadmaps and operational strategies to integrate new technologies into manufacturing from startup through high-volume manufacturing.
•Coordinate new product introductions by supplying required process documentation and serving as the primary interface between fab and upstream/downstream customers.
•Track collateral items, communicate wafer shipping to post-fab customers, and create/update product codes in internal systems.
•Set up lot flows, run NPI checklists, monitor silicon through process flow (set up, power-on, engineering samples) until first production, and implement NPI systems/processes while closing issues.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•BS or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical engineering, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals.
•Strong understanding of a product’s life cycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.
•Experience working with and managing NPI builds in a factory environment to drive capacity execution efficiency.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
