Key Responsibilities

  • •Design reference architectures and delivery patterns that move governed data from the semantic layer to downstream consumers at scale.
  • •Architect and build data agents for natural-language querying over governed data, including agentic workflows, orchestration, tool/function calling, and guardrails.
  • •Co-design the semantic layer (HoneyDew/DBT) to define metrics, dimensions, and governed business meaning for both analytics and AI.
  • •Serve as technical lead and advisor: run design reviews, set patterns, mentor engineers, and help take designs from blueprint to production.
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and drive end-to-end ownership of features and subsystems.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years across data architecture and hands-on engineering with production systems used in enterprise settings.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep hands-on experience designing and building on Snowflake and DBT.
  • •Proven experience designing and building LLM/agentic solutions (RAG, function/tool calling, orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation/observability).
  • •Deep understanding of the semantic layer as the bridge between source data and business meaning for trustworthy AI.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence architecture decisions.
