Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document exterior and interior condition according to Manheim inspection standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (including VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Perform basic mechanical checks across powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components, and document damage or inoperable features.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients, educate them on Manheim Marketplace and mobile inspections, and increase inspection volume across the territory.
  • •Prepare daily activity and production reports, leverage Salesforce.com for reporting and tracking, and maintain safety and compliance.

Key Requirements
