Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across networking components of enterprise infrastructure.
  • •Provide incident support by troubleshooting and resolving critical network issues.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and external technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • •Act as networking subject matter expert across internal and customer-facing technology projects while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
