Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain complete and accurate vehicle maintenance records in the fleet management system, including repair history, mileage, service dates, and asset details.
  • •Support fleet preventative-maintenance programs through accurate invoice tracking and timely documentation of completed services.
  • •Manage warrantable repairs to maximize recovery while minimizing downtime.
  • •Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate charges, missing documentation, incorrect coding, and unauthorized repairs with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • •Communicate professionally with repair facilities, dealerships, vendors, accounting, operations, and leadership to obtain information and resolve issues.
