Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant Construction Management, Infrastructure, Engineering, EPC, or related industry recruiting (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •2+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated success recruiting executive and highly specialized Construction Management talent.
  • •Established professional network and long-standing relationships throughout the Construction Management industry.
