Key Responsibilities

  • •Self-manage (complex) property polices including negotiating with insurers and informing clients; prepare quotes and submissions
  • •Collaborate with insurers to optimize placements (price, capacity, terms) and respond to client inquiries
  • •Prepare and follow market studies, organize roadshows and monitor market developments
  • •Support portfolio growth by working with the commercial team to identify expansion opportunities
  • •Provide training and guidance to (Junior) Brokers and participate in international meetings as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required
  • •At least 15 years of experience in placement, negotiation and management of Property-related polices
  • •Fluent in Dutch, French and English
