Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Work flexible overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using handheld devices (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
  • •Ability to complete physical job requirements and safely perform work at heights and in confined access areas.
