  • •Collaborate with compensation analysts to enhance compensation analytics by implementing automation and refining processes.
  • •Conduct deep analysis of the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs and model impacts of alternatives.
  • •Perform benchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay alignment with the external market.
  • •Research and formulate recommendations for enterprise compensation approaches and compensation design.
  • •Support mid-year and year-end compensation cycles through Workday testing, budget reporting, and research of unique cases.

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or military experience).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics (or a combination).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year of experience with Workday or the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year of experience with SQL and Python.
