Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team supervising field technician contractors supporting hyperscale pods across the United States.
  • •Coordinate rapid physical deployment of new equipment and ongoing equipment maintenance while maintaining SLAs.
  • •Build relationships with third-party system integrators (SIs) and oversee their deployment and maintenance work.
  • •Partner with large-scale data center providers for new deployments and ongoing operations.
  • •Maintain 24x7 staffing and escalation paths for network incidents and SLA adherence, including inventory control and compliance access list coordination.
