Job Summary

Lead UK public relations and influencer strategy for PlayStation within the Global Communications team. Oversee UK media relations, cultivate press and creator partnerships, and adapt global campaigns for UK audiences to drive measurable awareness and engagement across mainstream, tech, gaming, and creator channels. Manage and develop communications and influencer team members, coordinate agency relationships, and define KPIs, reporting, and post-launch evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute UK communications strategy focused on media relations, securing placements across mainstream, tech, and enthusiast press.
•Cultivate relationships with top-tier press and influencers; act as the UK media relations advisor for interviews, events, and reviews.
•Lead planning and execution of the UK influencer and content creator strategy, including an annual creator program and a content calendar tied to cultural moments.
•Manage and develop UK-based communications and influencer team members, set priorities, allocate resources, and oversee external agency management.
•Define campaign metrics and KPIs, manage budgets/invoices/vendor relationships, and deliver post-launch evaluations and ongoing reporting improvements.
