Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • •7+ years of progressive HR experience in a large manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • •HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including labor relations and support for facilities with 500+ employees.
  • •Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations (including ERISA, EEOC, and Department of Labor).
