Job Summary

Lead the AI-native web platform, owning the platform layer (web framework, design system, CMS, infrastructure, CI/CD, AI-enabled translation, and SDLC agents) and defining the north-star architecture. Mentor engineers, collaborate with web and marketing engineering leaders, and drive multi-layer architectural decisions and AI-native workflows at production scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the technical roadmap for the web platform, including component systems, rendering architecture, CMS, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling, all AI-native from the start
•Influence technical leaders across the organization on architectural decisions and contribute to the north star for AI-native engineering
•Pioneer an AI-native SDLC by applying agentic unlocks across code generation, testing, review, deployment, and production monitoring
•Define evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and feedback loops that make agentic workflows reliable and production-grade
•Mentor and grow engineers on the team, setting the standard for AI-native thinking and execution

Key Requirements

•12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact
•3+ years of engineering leadership experience as the technical owner for the team’s software systems
•Proven track record as a technical leader of a web platform with ownership across design systems, rendering frameworks, and edge delivery, CI/CD and infrastructure
•Deep hands-on expertise across the full web stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js)
•Demonstrated ability to make and execute multi-layer architectural decisions on a live production platform
