Job Summary

Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations for enterprise IT infrastructure categories, including cloud, Generative AI platforms, compute, storage, networking, colocation, and end-user computing. Draft and redline complex technology agreements, validate technical and pricing proposals, and optimize total cost of ownership. Build pricing benchmarks and dashboards using spend, budget, and supplier performance data, partnering with Procurement leadership, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial value from day one.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate commercial agreements across an enterprise IT infrastructure portfolio including cloud, Generative AI platforms, compute, storage, networking, colocation, and end-user computing.
•Draft, review, and redline complex technology agreements with appropriate risk mitigation.
•Review technical proposals, bills of materials (BOMs), pricing models, and commercial terms to ensure competitiveness, identify cost optimization opportunities, and align with business requirements.
•Maintain infrastructure pricing benchmarks, supplier discount libraries, and commercial intelligence; analyze spend, budgets, supplier performance, and forecasts to develop decision-support dashboards.
•Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to improve forecasting and maintain visibility into enterprise Generative AI investments; support category strategy and process improvements through automation and analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
•4+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or technology procurement experience.
•Demonstrated success negotiating technology agreements and delivering measurable commercial results.
•Strong commercial acumen to negotiate pricing, commercial frameworks, and contract terms.
•Experience reviewing technical proposals, pricing models, or infrastructure bills of materials (BOMs).
