Principal Civil Engineer

Own heavy civil and utility design and construction work for Starlink facility projects. Develop land development drawings and documentation, run grading/drainage and stormwater calculations, and coordinate with contractors and internal clients on requirements, schedules, and cost estimates. Manage civil execution in the field through quality control and real-time conflict resolution, while driving permitting efforts across local, state, and federal agencies.
