Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments in Carvana inspection centers.
  • •Take vehicle photos for customer viewing in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and be available for mandatory overtime based on business need.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
  • •Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
