Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe workplace with a safety mindset and that all safety requirements and company policies are followed.
  • •Promote safety excellence through employee involvement, ownership, and proactive hazard elimination.
  • •Hire, schedule, and supervise full-time staff and temporary staff as needed.
  • •Coach employees with timely feedback, administer corrective actions up to termination when necessary, and conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • •Oversee production and quality processes, partner with Quality Control/Engineering/Maintenance to improve quality and efficiency, and track productivity and inventory accuracy using lean manufacturing procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (manufacturing preferred).

  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
