Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee reliability, maintenance, and operation of mechanical and HVAC systems (including oil-free air systems, environmental compliance exhaust, chilled water plants, boilers, and environmental abatement systems).
  • •Troubleshoot and evaluate mechanical system issues to resolve problems and maintain continuous reliability and environmental compliance.
  • •Design and analyze mechanical systems and equipment; develop scopes of work and provide engineering design reviews.
  • •Perform feasibility studies and testing for new and modified designs, supporting prototype fabrication and documentation.
  • •Collaborate with business units and partner with operations/maintenance providers to implement solutions that meet operational needs, system requirements, and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience managing facilities mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, chilled water plants, and environmental abatement systems.
  • •Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical system issues using analytical methods.
  • •Experience creating engineering scopes of work and conducting engineering design reviews.
