Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection, while maintaining a high-energy, collaborative sales floor.
