Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Cisco LAN and WAN operations and the 99.9% network availability target.
  • •Manage all network changes through ERB/CCB and ensure disciplined change execution.
  • •Reduce MTTR by driving ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • •Coordinate major incident bridges for network-impacting P1 events.
  • •Support ongoing Zero Trust network operations for the Network Operations (Zero Trust) business unit.

Salary: USD 124,540 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of network management experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Ability to support 24x7x365 WAN/LAN operations and apply routing and segmentation discipline.
  • •Must be open to ITIL change and incident management.
  • •Must hold all or at least one certification: CCNP, CCDP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL v4.
