Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customers’ technology landscapes and align Field Service capabilities to achieve business outcomes.
  • •Translate complex business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps leveraging resource and asset management, scheduling, and mobile technologies.
  • •Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting domain-specific workflows and architectures aligned with client objectives.
