Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact on client outcomes.
  • •Listen for opportunities in financial wellness and provide customized recommendations based on client conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity and outcome goals for client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel).
