Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver robust manufacturing for thermal and mechanical builds at suppliers from NPI through mass production.
  • •Ensure supplier readiness with mature manufacturing lines, tooling readiness, and stabilized yields.
  • •Confirm that new suppliers and technologies for thermal/mechanical parts adhere to NVIDIA specifications.
  • •Manage supplier manufacturing processes from development to mass production readiness and coordinate DFM to closure.
  • •Analyze manufacturing/build risks and maintain component maturity by resolving yield/quality issues and concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5 years of experience in manufacturing processes including liquid systems, metal and plastic die casting, sheet metal, and optics.
  • •Proven experience with mechanical suppliers in NPI and mass production, implementing new processes, qualifying/establishing suppliers, and understanding validation processes.
  • •Ability to learn and implement new, first-in-market technologies.
  • •Independence to lead tasks from beginning to closure, with strong interpersonal skills and performance in fast-paced environments.
