Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reverse logistics processes across customer returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns to ensure scalable workflows.
  • •Collaborate with 3PLs responsible for returns processing to ensure efficient handling and disposition of returned products.
  • •Partner with internal teams (Membership Services, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Product) to resolve operational issues impacting the returns experience.

Key Requirements
