Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic growth and innovation initiatives from thesis and business case development through solution design, execution, launch, and outcomes measurement.
  • •Frame decisions for C-suite and senior leaders while maintaining accountability for stakeholder alignment, dependencies, milestones, and results.
  • •Drive day-to-day partnership management with distributors and technology providers and coordinate internal/external work to implement requirements and workplans.
  • •Develop and oversee integrated roadmaps for technology and business capabilities, translating priorities into sequenced product, technology, and operating requirements.
  • •Implement and continuously evolve an operating model with clear decision rights, governance, handoffs, and accountability; enable adoption and reuse of innovation capabilities across channels and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in strategy, product innovation, technology-enabled transformation, or operating model development within financial services or consulting/technology serving financial institutions.
  • •Track record taking complex initiatives from strategy through launch, including business cases, capability/operating requirements, roadmaps, and cross-team implementation.
  • •Experience structuring and executing strategic partnerships or platform integrations, translating commercial opportunities into product, technology, and operating requirements.
  • •Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior leaders and drive alignment across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
