Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead quality engineering representative and establish quality engineering strategies across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into system architecture, design, verification/validation, and production planning activities.
  • •Lead investigations of complex failures and quality escapes using advanced root-cause methodologies, including corrective action closure and effectiveness verification.
  • •Develop reliability growth strategies, quality metrics, and support FRACAS execution while analyzing failure trends and test/field data.
  • •Develop and oversee verification, validation, and test quality approaches across lab, environmental, ground, and flight testing, and support transition to production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 260,000 annually
