Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver frontline technical training across operational sites, including onboarding, workshops and system/process rollouts.
  • •Assess current trainer capability and uplift the trainer pool, including supporting a train-the-trainer approach.
  • •Partner with site leaders to identify training needs and support capability gap analysis.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs and existing site trainers to develop and enhance learning content.
  • •Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • •Forklift licence (essential) and Reach Stacker licence (highly desirable)
  • •Proven experience in technical training, learning or capability development with frontline operational environments
  • •Experience delivering training and facilitating learning in hands-on, site-based settings
  • •Strong understanding of compliance requirements (licensing, safety, regulatory), including audit and reporting exposure
