Job Summary

Support schedule management for client programs and construction/design projects, including developing and maintaining detailed execution schedules across multiple simultaneous projects. Build baseline schedules and analyze baseline logic, durations, resources, costs, cost curves, and resource histograms. Review critical/near-critical paths, produce CPM/Primavera comparisons and earned value (EVM) reports, and support schedule change management, time impact analyses, recovery plans, and what-if scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

•Support schedule management for client programs or projects, including design and construction projects.
•Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects running simultaneously.
•Create and review baseline schedules, including durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, and resource histograms.
•Identify and analyze schedule critical path/near-critical path activities for accuracy and relevance.
•Review CPM schedule updates and produce Primavera schedule comparison reports, earned value (EVM) reports, and time impact/change order analyses.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and past work experience).
•3+ years supporting, developing, and managing project schedules.
•Experience with critical path method analysis/technique using Primavera.
