Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product marketing strategy for cross-platform Higher Education initiatives, managing Deployment & Access capabilities for IT administrators.
  • •Develop positioning, messaging, segmentation, personas, and buyer journeys to communicate value and drive adoption.
  • •Synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and field feedback to represent the Higher Education customer and guide marketing recommendations.
  • •Drive product marketing planning and readiness for cross-platform and Deployment & Access initiatives, including launch narratives and customer-facing content.
  • •Enable GTM and Sales with consistent messaging, assets, and success metrics to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,700 - 219,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • •Experience building positioning, messaging, and launch strategies across multiple products, platforms, or product teams.
  • •Experience partnering with Product Management across the product lifecycle and translating customer/competitive insights into recommendations.
  • •Strong storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts and develop cohesive cross-product narratives.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
