Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a distributed team of compiler engineers building compilers for next-generation GPU architectures.
  • •Improve code generation for GPU-accelerated graphics and compute applications.
  • •Set team objectives, establish and evolve policies/procedures, and align with senior management on vision and development.
  • •Collaborate with other software teams and hardware architecture teams to accelerate next-generation GPU software.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of production compiler development experience focused on compiler infrastructure and/or optimizing backends or language frontends.
  • •3+ years of technical lead and management experience delivering high-quality product on time.
  • •Strong software design fundamentals and deep understanding of compilers and programming languages.
