Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Study technical drawings and documents to assess material requirements and generate production packages
  • •Review and extract materials as MTO for specific projects
  • •Draft and assist engineers in creating block divisions and build strategy drawings
  • •Draft for D.A.P. (Detail assembly process) drawings per build strategy and follow engineering drafting standards
  • •Generate plates nesting drawings and NC data for feeding HGG robots while ensuring output accuracy

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ relevant experience using Tekla Structure for production engineering in steel welded manufacturing
  • •Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
  • •Proficient in Tekla Structure 2023
  • •Draughtsman Diploma from a recognized institute; Bachelor/Engineering degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • •Strong ability to study technical drawings and assess material requirements / perform drafting for D.A.P. (Detail assembly process) and assembly drawings
