Lead end-to-end accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. Oversee GL, AP, intercompany, fixed assets, reconciliations, TDS/GST, audits and automation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency in a multinational Indian operation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany accounting.
•Manage and maintain Fixed Assets Register, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and compliance with accounting standards.
•Oversee accounting for prepaid expenses, advances to vendors, and ensure accurate amortization and tracking.
•Drive timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
•Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•CA / CPA / ACCA (preferred)
•5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity or multinational environments
•Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliations
•Experience working with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
