Job Summary

Lead the Satellite Payload Integrated Product Team for the MUOS SLE program, providing technical, programmatic, and personnel leadership for payload development, integration, test, verification, and delivery. Direct and matrixed execution will span systems engineering, hardware, software/firmware, manufacturing, test, quality, supply chain, contracts, and program management, including ownership of cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk/recovery plans.

•Lead the Satellite Payload IPT in support of the MUOS SLE program.
•Manage direct and matrixed employees across multiple functional disciplines.
•Provide leadership for payload development, integration, test, verification, and delivery activities.
•Coordinate execution across systems engineering, hardware engineering, software/firmware, manufacturing, test, quality, supply chain, contracts, and program management.
•Establish payload execution plans, schedules, milestones, performance metrics, and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance; identify and mitigate risks and issues.
