Technical Trainer III

Develop and deliver technical service training for Trane commercial products, focusing on Chiller instruction and HVAC fundamentals. Partner with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, update course content, and coordinate skill assessments. Support both in-person and eLearning delivery for customers, contractors, and Trane service technicians, while collaborating with engineering on new product development. Provide functional leadership for the instructional team at the La Crosse training center.
