Job Summary

Experienced town planner with a focus on infrastructure projects. You will support consent applications across the UK, provide technical advice to project managers, liaise with statutory bodies and stakeholders, and work within multi-disciplinary teams to secure planning approvals for major infrastructure schemes.

Key Responsibilities

•Help prepare Town & Country Planning Act applications for infrastructure projects across the UK.
•Support consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs, etc.).
•Assist with providing technical advice to project managers to support clients' requirements.
•Support liaison with statutory bodies and stakeholders to help deliver projects.
•Engage with teams across disciplines, building positive relationships and developing internal knowledge.

Key Requirements

•Degree level qualification in town planning (or equivalent).
•Member of (or eligible for) the RTPI.
•Experience preparing Town & Country Planning Act applications for infrastructure projects across the UK.
•Experience providing consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs, etc.).
•Ability to liaise with statutory bodies and stakeholders to help deliver projects.
