  • •Deliver the UKI Product and Proposition discovery agenda to achieve growth and customer experience ambitions.
  • •Define and deliver approaches to gather market insights (competitors, trends, future horizon opportunities, adjacent sector developments).
  • •Define and deliver approaches to understand deep customer/client needs and run always-on testing to validate needs.
  • •Run an innovation lab approach to creatively develop ideas that solve identified needs or opportunities using innovative and radical methods.
