Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L and the successful execution of NPI/STP and New Product Development (NPD) programs across technical, schedule, budget, cost, and quality commitments.
  • •Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, coach performance, and drive rapid resolution of issues.
  • •Set program objectives and facilitate implementation of program management processes, including supporting reviews and metrics/reporting.
  • •Maintain program performance metrics (earned value, quality, technical performance, delivery) through Eaton phase gates (PROLaunch) and manage program risks and mitigations.
  • •Own customer interface and contract management (pricing, terms, change management), and provide monthly program updates on milestones and high-risk areas.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •3 years of project management or product development experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR.
  • •Preferred: 5+ years of project management or product development experience (aerospace preferred).
