Key Responsibilities

  • •Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
  • •Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
  • •Duties require constant movement in and around the store; assist in processing shipments and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

  • •Part-Time non-exempt schedule with up to 30 hours per week; ability to work 4+ hour shifts and during holiday blackout periods

  • •Comfort with learning and educating guests on product knowledge (Retail, Yoga, Café) and brand initiatives
