Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Own full-cycle recruiting for identified branches, sourcing and screening passive and active candidates to support hourly hiring. Partner closely with hiring managers and Branch Leadership to deliver the right candidate slates, coach first-time managers on the hiring process, and enhance interview scorecards and guides. Conduct virtual interviews, maintain recruiting metrics (time-to-fill and pipeline), and expand HR knowledge across onboarding, training, validation, and HR reporting.
