Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
  • •Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems such as ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, and CAD.
  • •Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • •Improve platform observability and reliability, including tools like Datadog.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and define architecture standards for moving from concept to prototype to production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering building products in a fast-paced environment.
  • •3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development, including ITK development in C/C++, BMIDE data modeling/customization, SOA services/handlers, and Active Workspace customization.
  • •Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • •Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • •U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
